The only thing I would change would be the HDD, I would get a WD Caviar Black 640GB or 1TB. I just prefer WD for HDDs, they've been reliable, they have good warranties, and great customer service.

The Samsung you listed should be about the same speed-wise; same RPMs, cache, and platter density.
