I think that I have decided on the parts for my new system. This rig is for gaming and I will be doing some overclocking as well.

AMD 2500+
NF7-S
1gb Mushkin Level II Black PC-3500
Enermax 433w PSU
Kingwin KT-424 BK case
WD 80gig WD800JB hard drive
BFG GeForce FX 5700u

Everything including the optical drives and the OS come to around $1100. Is there anything that I should change? I especially need input on the video card because I will buy that tomorrow.

I forgot to mention that I will be getting a monitor for free so I don't need to worry about it.

Does anyone have any comments or suggestions? I will be buying the video card today and the rest of the system very soon. Speak now or forever hold your peace. ;)

Ooh - different video card. Get an ATi - you'll be much happier with a 9700 Pro or 9700 non-pro. Trust me on that - the FX5700 isn't a very good performer, and it gets dang hot.

Also, see if a Forton or Sparkle 530w PSU is cheaper than the one you have there. Enermax tends to be a little overpriced and underrated.

Other than that, everything looks awesome.

Processor, Mainboard and Memory look pretty good personally I would go for a 9800Pro there around $300 for an ATi built card or you could save about $20-$30 and go for a Sapphire ther both excellent vuilt cards and will serve you well. Eneermax are good PSU's but I would agree with johan and go with either a Antec or Fortron PSU of about 400W or more.

It looks like it will be a very good system and should set you up nicely for half-life2/doom3 when there released, congrats!

Thanks for the advice. I will be going with a 9700pro and a fortron 530w PSU. The Fortron is $20 cheaper and the shipping is $1 less. :D
