Is there any way I can find out what motherboard I have??
I have a AMD athlon 1ghz, but dont know what mobo I have!!??

When the system posts it should flash the motherboard model. Unless it's a Compaq (Dell, Gateway, HP, IBM, etc.) then it will just flash the makers name. Did you read the beginers guides on the front page? If not, please do. It wown't hurt, much I promise, it'll be a quick task.
