I have been reading all the posts on this forum about cooling and it seems like a real dilema for you speed freaks. Has anyone heard of Ln2 heat exchangers seems to me if you want cool. here it is, they are used to cool wind generator rectifiers. i can't see why you cant scale them down. you can easily get air temps below freezing. Also you can do the same thing with CO2 not as cool but works. More Is Never Enough
 
You have to be careful with stuff like that (really extreme cooling) cause you can get too cold. Much below -50C and the silicon starts to pull away from itself...resulting in one dead cpu.
