Yes the S2 version provides plenty of room.
your loop can be as simple or as complicated as you make it,
The hard tubing looks nice but I am not a fan, makes it harder IMO to change things around and swap hardware if needed
I use soft rubber tubing personally
I did a mitx build a few years back for a guy that had two rads, that was really shoe horning it in , but keeping it simple was not so bad
