Newer B21 Trick?

for those of you who remember the 'B21' trick, do you know of any modern equivelent to trick it into 133MHz FSB? If so, how do you do it? Also if any of you out there have had expirience in getting a Gigabyte GA-686BX Rev 2.2 getting beyond 100MHz FSB please tell me. Thanxs.
