does this borad miss up the data on your hd when over 200 like the KD7 and sould i get a NF7-S over a KD7

Harddrives might run into problems when PCI bus clock gets to high because of heavy overclocking. This is by some chipsets solved by having a PCI/FSB devider option in the BIOS.
On the nForce chipset the motherboard manufacturers have the option to implement both an incremental separate PCI and AGP bus setting so thet you can tweak your FSB, PCI and AGP buses independently.
