The name sounds dreadful but the specks are not to be shrugged at. though this chipset is made by Nvidia the makers of the Geforce cards the stats to this rocks. As most people know the main area where the P4 excels is when you need alot of memoty bandwith. The P4 has I think about 3.xGb/s of bandwith. While I if my calculations are correct the nForce chipset gives the Athlon a full 4Gb/s bandwith. This should mean that the P4 is taken off the top spot in the memmory bandwidth stakes. Though if people are wondering that the EV6 bus has only got a bandwidth of 2.xGb/s depending on what speed you are running at. That is true but Other things use the memmory as well. This is a chipset to watch in my view.
