I got a Microsoft Services for Unix cd from Linuxworld, one of the things it includes is nice integration of NFS clienting and serving in Windows. Makes mapping an NFS export the same as mapping a SMB share.

One program that I have used at work is called NFS Maestro, the setup on the windows box was pretty painless. I'm not sure how much is costs, etc. because it was here when I started.
