Friend just got this mobo and using his Creative GeForce 2 card.

Sandra reports AGP not enabled (it is set to enable in BIOS),
Device manager shows vid card connected to PCI, Device manager says nothing about AGP anywhere. Also, a program called PCI-List reports AGP traffic currently enabled -na.
Called Asus tech support, they said send the board back, without even trying any troubleshhoting.

Please help.:( :( :(

Does this board have a via chipset? If it does, try downloading and installing the latest Via 4-in-1 drivers. If fixed the problem with me when I had my AGP running in PCI mode.

Your question made me think of the obvious...I offered to help him install his new mobo...but he paid someone to do it
and that place never installed the chipset drivers that came with the board! We just installed them and now have AGP!
