No multi's on this mobo? normal?

I just bought an A7V266-E ver 2.00, and it doesn't have the dip switches on the mobo.
It also does not have active cooling up North.
Do I have an early ver? or should I return it and try for a better (?) 1?

No Northbridge cooling? That is strange. Are you sure of the model?

Yes, I am sure of the model. It's just missing the CPU multipler dip switches and active north bridge cooling. It has a taller (1.75") Aluminum HS on the North chip. That's why I think I have an earlier model of the mobo, but it has "version 2.00" printed on it down by the PCI slots.
The "book" shows them, where they should be, but they're not there. (WT...) The box it came in even shows them.
