Hi everyone. I've had a K7 700 for a long long time. It's on a Asus K7V motherboard. Apparently the mb doesn't let you touch the multiplier, but it lets you change the voltage and the CPU frequency (which i suppose is the FSB). I can't make the memory work at the "2" settings, it boots into windows and gives me those damn blue screens. Any help?

Welcome to the Forums!!!

You wont have much luck overclocking that CPU by FSB alone. Try getting your hands on a goldfinger device which will allow you to change multiplier. Have a look on the auction sites, I'm not entirely sure where you can get one.
