Noisecontrol Silverado?

I read the big HSF roundup at Tom's Hardware. They praised it for being an excellent cooler while being quiet. Does anyone know about it, seems to have promise. And isn't 64db still loud, even for performance HSF (Millenium Glaciator)?

not available here in the US. You can get a Fop 38 and use an 80mm fan with a grill and attach it to the FOP 38 for quiet cooling.
