Noisey whilsting motherboard!!!!

I have GIGABYTE GA-K8NSC-939

with A 64 venice 3000 running at 2250 ghz

Core voltage 1.425v
Mem voltage + 0.2v (2.7v)
HT CPU link Voltage +0.1v

basicly i get an couple of annoying high pitched sqeals that arn't there with starndard voltages and clock speeds.

any ideas what they could be? voltage regulators on the board maybe? more importantly will they be suffering any harm in this state?

think its my crappy Q-tec PSU, have just orderd an OCZ modstream 450
