I recently got a new Nokia 6230i mobile, and its a great phone (replaces my old 3210). My only problem is that when I sync data with outlook (contacts, calender, todo and notes), it copies all my email address book to my phone contacts as well, which is a bit of a pain because I have stored many many email addresses.
Does anybody know how I can sync only phone contact information?
Also the software appears to be very unreliable, often requiring pc rebooted before it will allow connection after a sync operation.
I have searched, and contacted Nokia directly last week, but as yet not had any response.
If anybody is able to offer any help it would be greatly appreciated.

ps I connect to the phone through a Belkin F8T009 USB bluetooth adaptor.
