nokia pc suite problem

Hi Guys I got one of TOSHIBA latest notebook computer from a customer complaining it is not working correctley with his nokia 9210i communicator phone. WE've already don'e everything to overcome the problem but it still happens, When we try to shutodown the machine it give a bsod and get stuck. It is giving sort of a ir error. I changed the ir settings com port settings but no avail but the phne works greatley with other computers. I checkd machine's memory hard disk software. Any known problems with nokia pc suite software with windows xp o/s?
If you guys knows anything abt this problem it'll be great help.

Are you using version 3.0 of Nokia PC Suite? It came out only a few days ago...

no the version for that phone is 2.11 the latest avaible in the web. But anyway we overcome that problem after installing a standard windows xp and installing TOSHIBA drivers to it rather than using the default recovery cd came with the machine.
