North-bridge heatsink of AI7, good enough?

Is it good enough for FSB up to around 260-270?
Anyone remove it and install a better one? If so, what north-bridge heatsink do you use?

Huh? Im not sure what you are referring to. I took of the sink, sanded the sink quite smooth and then a5'ed it up and I seen about 10c temp drop. I didnt mess with the chip if thats what you thought I was referring to.
