Northlake 24Vdc @15 AMP enough

I am thinking about adding a 172w peltier to my AMD 1.33 soon to be water colled rig. I saw the Northlake 24Vdc @15 AMP power supply on e-bay for $34.00 plus $15.00 shipping. My question is, will these power a 172w peltier.

Any help you guys can give would be appreciated.

The PSU should be fine. Most 172 watt pelts use 11 amps at 24v.
