I'm just curious if Norton Ghost can fully backup a 100+GB hdd onto multiple blank dvds.
The big plan is to format and partition my current hdd into 2. I have many apps/games, and really don't want to reinstall all of them again, so I was thinking that I could use Norton Ghost to backup everything. Thing is, I've never used Ghost to backup onto multiple dvds before, and I'm not entirely sure it would even work correctly. Oh, and the hdd I'm trying to format does not contain my OS.
So could I backup to like 15 or so dvds, then erase & partition the drive. Then write the data back onto one of the new partitions? Would this work flawlessly?
Or perhaps it would just be more affordable to just get a really small hdd for cheap?
