Greetings,

Currently were running Windows 2000 SBS w/ Exchange Server 2000 and ISA. Just recently, we have not been receiving internal or external email or its been slow to arrive. We can send it with no error messages but it does't show up in our INBOX until the next day or a few hours after we've sent it. Also, we can open Outlook 2000 or XP and view existing email, personal folders and public folders as well. I sent an email to my co-worker yesterday and she never received it. I have no idea where to start? I called our ISP and primary and seconday DNS are correct. They referred me to MICROSOFT but I thought I would check here first.

Thanks in advance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

try a freeware email client to see if outlook is the prob- there are plenty to choose from at WebAttack.

Have you checked the exchange logs, server logs? Have you checked the performance monitor on the machine, is the CPU maxed at 100 all the time? Do you run in-house DNS? Try sending an email to XXX@mailserveripaddress instead of domain name, see if it goes immediately.... Is your mail server redirected from an outside source to you? Need more info on your setup.
