I seriously doubt that that PSU could handle very much. You'd need to run essentially no devices, and even then its a very long stretch. 200W models from good brands are pretty much what I'd consider a minimum for any modern system, even a budget one.

I don't have that mobo, but I have an ECS K7S5A Pro, which also powers the CPU from the +5V rail, and with an Athlon XP1800+ running MemTest86 and a slow Intel i740 AGP card, I measured up to 12A @ +5V and almost 5A @ +3.3V. I didn't have the HD hooked up, but when I tested a 7200 RPM Seagate or WD it drew less than 1A @ +12V.
