novice > why 1.2 GHz Core Speed after OC

Hi
Total overclocking novice so I tried the 'auto' settings in my BIOS (Asus X99 A-2 and i7 6900K).
The base speed of this CPU is 3.20 GHz so confused why AFTER the OC I now see a Core Speed of only 1.2 GHz?

You have the power saving settings still on so when it is idle the cpu will clock down to lower heat and power usage.
