Run Rdisk /s (the /s switch includes the SAM) from Start | Run or the command prompt.
To create installation disks (3 disks), you'll need to run Winnt32 /ox from the CD.
If you need to do a repair installation you'll need both sets of disks. Sometimes the space on the ERD disk isn't sufficient (very common problem). If you run into that problem, take a look at this MSKB article...
