nutrend and newegg?

Has anyone looked at the nutrend site before? It looks practically identical to neweggs, and so do the pictures they use. And u know what, there invoice and email are all exactly the same as neweggs. So could this company be a twin?

Xprincox, AFAIK, they have the parent company; one of the manufacturer we deal with told me a while back.
