NVDA 3080 CARD IS NOT WORKING AFTER FLASH

I flashed the 3080(MSI - NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3080 VENTUS 3X PLUS 10G OC) and after flashing the card is not working. I have the backup that is also not working. Is the VBIOS chip broken?

i flashed using the nvflash. MSI after burner not showing the card.

Why were you flashing the card? And to what?

Make sure you have the right version of NVFlash https://www.techpowerup.com/download/nvidia-nvflash/
Hopefully you saved a backup of the original VBios. If you can't make it work in Windows then you can try a bootable DOS flash drive.
You need this command to override the PCI device name
nvflash -6 BIOSNAME.rom
