Agreed. Far better than my old SB Live. Superb sound quality.

Only the "deluxe" versions of each model uses the SoundStorm. The regular ones (such as mine) use AC97 audio, which is, to put it nicely, garbage.

I personally however cant stand any onboard sound, Soundstorm or not. All too often is interference encountered
