For those who know or are experienced with making WB. What materials should the o-rings used to seal the WB be made of? Whats the best choice given conventional water additives?

Thx in advance. I am new here

I have a set of buna-n (nitrile shore durometer 70(stiffness). I can only asume thats what most people use. some use silicone too.

I opted for silicone, for compatibility with ethylene glycol, propylene glucol, and methanol. (oh yeah, water too!)

EPDM is an option, but I found it to be more expensive.

rated 70 shore A durometer. Should withstand 70 psi, depending on the o-ring groove finish, and diameter of o-ring material.
