There is one problem with this. Intel's are multiplier locked, so you can only overclock with fsb. For a 2.8c to overclock to a 3.2c, it would have to hit 228fsb, so it would actualy be slightly faster at the same speeds.
You will have to up the fsb in order to OC a 2.8 due to the fact they are factor locked. So the one with the higher fsb is going to get a better score.
