OC'ing on Dell motherboards

Highly doubtful it has the options to do so. If it did, it is a 3+1 phase motherboard with no heatsinks on those VRMs, I wouldn't do it anyway. ;)

If you want to overclock that CPU, grab a non OEM P55 based board.
Back in the day we used setfsb, don't know if you can still use it. Also you might be able to mod the bios.
