Thats what the inquirer used when they tested two 8800GTX's in SLI. Each rail is strong enough for a 8800GTX and the combined 12v output is more than enough. I guess just make sure the GFX card you buy comes with adapters since the GameXstream only comes with 2 pci-e connectors and you'll need four but it looks like most cards come with them.

I think a pci-e 6 pin power spliter like this would be ideal so you could use 12v rail #4 which is dedicated to the 6 pin PCI-E #1 connector and use that rail for one of the cards.
