OCZ pc4000 EL Gold

Can anyone tell me what ICs these sticks have on them.

Also what will they clock & with what voltage.

probably hynix d5 chips.. i would think 270/275 at 2.8/3.0 volts would be reasonable. when this was their fastst stuff it used to overclock higher, now they offer the primo chips in the pc4400. some will run ddr600..

yep, speed tested primo chips.. they should oc quite well..
