Not bad at all I finished leveling a crusader and have to say its pretty nice being able to use a shield + 2h weapon because of the higher range in stats.


One other thing I hope blizzard takes a look at are blood shards. After spending what blood shard I had saved up, i think 1/4 to 1/3 of them were either blue or even white quality :/

I did the leveling exploit (lvl 60 assigns party leader to lvl 1 while on a Torment 6 game) to speed through the first 30 levels for my crusader. And you're right about blood shards. I felt cheated wasting away 100, then looked on the forums at people spending several hundred to end up with nothing. I guess it is to be a gamble, but there could at least be a guarantee that it would at least be a Rare item. I would also like to trade shards for crafting materials.

I think the best way to look at shards ATM are just icing on the cake, extra chance at specific slot loot. I think there's a lot of things that blizzard could change to make things easier, but in the grand scheme of things its probably for the best. No sense in ending up with so much amazing stuff and then being like "Well that games beat"



My only major issue right now seems to be that gear you wanted at 60 and gear you picked up from 60-70 are pretty much even with gear you find at 70. It would be nice to feel like level 70 gear actualyl felt like something you'd upgraded to, especially with legacy items that have modifiers that can't normally be on the gear. Things like witching hour belt is extremely hard to replace and near impossible to find because lack of AH.

I've already replaced most of my Lev 60 oranges. Some of it with yellow lev 70 items. I am having a hard time finding better gloves and neck though.

Looking good jay, thankfully with the mystic, making a rare glove/amulet is surprisingly not too bad. I mostly look for items that two of the trifecta mods (attack speed, crit, CHD) and a main stat or damage stat and reforge the other. I was lucky enough to craft an amulet that rolled trifecta + vitality. Currently have average damage on it but hoping to get high strength.

Also wanted to upload this picture I took of snapshot damage. As you can see trifecta makes a huge difference. Currently have left ring gloves and amulet with it and hoping for right ring too. Also could use a new 2h weapon as mine rolled really low, just about high end 1h damage which is a shame lol.

I would imagine it isn't too difficult to get ratings that high when you've accumulated 100+ paragon points over the past year or so. I only got up to 45 before the expansion locked me out.

Damn Munky, how is your damage so high in mostly yellows? I got almost as much Str and Vit on my Barb and I am no where close to that amount of dam. My wizard has even more!

Haha yeah mostly from the crit chance and critical hit damage but my cooldowns also give a lot of attack speed + even more critical hit damage. I attached a screenshot of before and after so it doesn't seem as ridiculous.

Just wanted to toss out I bought RoS. It's good stuff, I'm enjoying it again. Renewed the game for me, also hammers being back is a huge plus

I just started to reinstall tonight why is it downloading 15gbs of data and not installing from my disc??? if this there new system where it's the latest version downloaded with all the patched or something???

If this is can I back it up for speedy install in the future like I did with my digital version of D2/LOD

It probably has to replace every file on the disk anyway, so no reason to waste time copying it from the disk, then downloading it.

Make a copy of the entire folder. When you want to restore it, copy it back and run the launcher.

Yup just copying the folder works. I copy it to my external HDD to transport around from home/work computer when a big update happens. Works like a charm, no big installs and its good to go in minutes.

Latest patches are nice. But more work still needed. The rarity of crafting materials is still terrible. Not everyone farmed 8hrs a day for the last 2 years and floats 100 million gold or 200 paragon that lets them rape the Torment levels. Sometimes via exploits it seems.

I have been getting more crafting drops since the last patch. I am just running T1 bounties.

I farm legendaries in T1 Rifts solo and I am only Paragon 136. Even though my Barb doesn't have high damage, he still farms them pretty easily it seems. (No exploits)

The only thing you really need a lot of money for is jewelcrafting. **** gets ridiculously expensive.

Totally agree Jay jewelcrafting is gawddam ridiculous, but I'm also running t1 rifts solo with my barb and I'm only paragon 53(?close to this can't remember) dmg around 400k and 12000k toughness, t2 is possible but I don't kill fast enough to make it worth it.
I'm so happy with the changes made it makes playing fun again with actual possible drops that could be used and not just broken down.
Yay blizzard for doing something right lol
