Might as well get this started. Anyone preorder the game yet? I might do it sometime this week. Looks like there are going to be 6 campaigns if I am not mistaken. With a new scavenge multiplier mode.

yea i know a lot of people were upset about the whole situation, me included, but it looks like there is a lot of improvements over the orginal. I think what would be great is if they made it so the old l4d campaigns are backwards compatible with the the new game, but with new items, etc. Along with the acheivements.

Right now the game is only $34 each if you preorder the 4 pack, seems worth it to me.

I was mad at first about the release but then again no one is ever forcing anyone from buying anything.

We are actually lucky in this day and age to have the internet, to be able to read reviews and to see how a game is before it is actually released. Back in the day you had to physically go to the store and check out the box art to select a game, not knowing how good it really is.

Sure thet 45-50 bucks for the sequel so I might wait until its half price. The first L4D did bring me hours and hours of entertainment before I got really bored with it. Its especially fun with friends.

They are. It's 44.99. Do NOT expect it to be cheaper than that for a while as L4D did not come down in price for a long time.

If you take part in the 4pack with someone, its $33.75 each.

You can also buy L4D1+2 bundled for $64.98.

I'm not really in a rush to get the game. I'll probably be waiting until January I guess. MW2 is going to take up most of my time when that comes out and until then WoW is my main game.
