just bought a aopen ax3sp pro, it dosn't work, im sending it back, do you think it is any good? and can it overclock the celeron on a 100MHz bus

If the motherboard supports PIII's and Celerons, i have no doubt that it will be able to overclock a Celeron to 100mhz FSB. It isn't really the motherboard that will not allow you to go that high, it will be the chip that will be the problem.

I have an AX3S Pro here I tested for a while. I assume thats the one? I found it to be a very nice board.
