That doesn't work with me.

I remember that. I haven't seen him around the folding section lately, but he posts every now and then in other sections. What if we could work out an apology, would you come back then?Adak said:You wouldn't find it. I left team 32 after being told to STFU by some young punk, on T32, and nobody said anything about it.

ditto! I don't know what was wrong or what had happened, but surely would do anything to have you back to the team!! (well, it's good to see you still stop by this forum and folding!! )sno.lcn said:I remember that. I found itihrsetrdr said:That's disturbing, very uncharacteristic of "folding" types. Sorry to hear that you experienced such un-called for behavior.
I searched the forums but could not pn down the thread/post where this occurred.

First off EMIII is a windows program. So you'll have to use wine (www.winehq.com) to run it. I haven't messed with it a lot but there seems to be some issue. I'm not sure if it works now, I need to try it since a new version of wine was just released a few weeks ago.
I've got a great guide that I saved at home. I'll post it up when I get home. Its a guide on setting up wine.

restarted checked fahlog and it had restarted?? did i set this up as a service? anyway i forgot to turn off the screen saver and also i found that i had extracted the fah to the /folding file also. which was interfering with the other client in /FAH,I think.(scratch head) anyway deleted all that other mess in /folding and made sure /FAH was ok.
Checked when i got home and all fine and dandy.
So i lost about 4-5 hrs of folding.
Your rig reminds me of a great NFL moment, several years back. Earl Campbell was pitched the ball, and had a hole in the defensive line of the Redskins a mile wide.
And Campbell is taking it up the sideline for all he's worth - everybody could see it was an obvious touchdown - all the Redskin defenders were now scattered behind him.
Suddenly, from out of == NOWHERE ==, a defensive back named Green (who at that time was one of the fastest men in the NFL), caught up with Campbell, and overran him so fast, he pitched EC to the ground ON HIS HEAD!
Shaking off his cobwebs from the force of the hit, EC went back to the Cowboy's huddle with a sizable divot firmly stuck in his helmet. Green had covered an enormous amount of the field, coming over from the diagonal to overtake EC.
Even watching it on replay, it was unbelievable!
Hack30 said:I only ask because when I tried to restart it after the restart the comp, the terminal would say "bad command" or "no file found" but I did check the log in the /FAH and it did restart. ??? funny??
Hopefully I won't have to kill the client(crosses fingers). I don't think i'll install it as a service just yet. Still to noobish with linux. I'll want to play around still.
While I'm not a big sports fan I do believe i've seen the sports footage of said event. Most notably the large clump of grass and dirt hanging from his face gaurd.
As far as PPD, emiii calculator puts PPD at 2600.856 for a 587 point WU. I'll have to check tpf on other WU's The quad is clocked to 3 Ghz. Stock everything. 10x multiplier x 300fsb
