ok if im making a chiller

ok if im making a chiller and i want to keep the liquid going through my block as cold as possible should i use copper or a rubber type tubing how thick should i get the walls and what type of tubing insulation should i use.and should i maybe ducttape it so its on really tight or should i leave it fluffy?

ok use vinyl or tygon get the thick kind of vinyl like the 3/8" id 5/8" od or 1/2" id 3/4" od
