NOTE: The tpr file used for this simulation is in an old format, for less memory usage and possibly more performance create a new tpr file with an up to date version of grompp

I get that folding my CPU using SMP in Linux. Everything works fine, but I'm wondering if its holding my production back like it states.

EDIT: Nevermind, found my answer. Now trying to figure out how to delete thread.

I've seen it hundreds of time - not a thing to be worried about.

Ignore it.

I think it's an issue of the FAH code needing a bit more optimization with the latest version of Gromacs. They may catch up some day. Adak is spot on.

Apparently it is what it is and there's not really a fix for it or anything.

I'm glad you asked and posted the answer.

I figured it was something like that but always wondered if there was something I was supposed to do to make things better.

I guess I can remove that from my TO-DO list... I was wondering about it as well...
