there's a 25 dollar minimum, but I spent that on a delta last year. And there's a fan in here for 4 bucks that wins against my delta (I think it's a different Delta company though). . You could get 6 of them and levitate your computer.

Looks like they're a bit noisy though (Data/spec sheets)

If you don't mind that then I'd say they're a good choice.

id say get the 24v dc fans and put em on ur psu on 12v and they should be real quiet
