onboard sound or card

Onboard of the K7D is AC97.
Sound on my msi is fine for me with average A.L. speakers on ac97.
Beauty is in the eye of the beer holder I guess.
Should you use other than onboard sound remember to disable the onboard in your bios.
And don't forget the MSI cd to set your sound and other drivers like ohh let me see, hmmmmmmmmmmmm " AGP!"

If you don't play alot of games, you won't notive a big difference between the 2. Heck, if you have a basic speaker setup, it doesn't mater much which you use.
