Only 8400 3dmarks on new sys - why?

my sis is in my signature as it can be seen, but im stuck using the amd retail hsf instead of the swiftech because it doesnt fit on my mobo (the screws) i am getting a thermalright AX-7 though. and also i do not have my crystal orb on yet but i jus built my system today installed all mys tuff rn 3dmarks2001 se but only picked up 8400 3dmarks how can i tweak this? or is this a godly score already?

tweaking

disable v-sync. Try different drivers. overclock your FSB when you get the AX-7 installed. Try tweaking your ram timings for better performance. Overclock the card as close to or above 300/300 as you can get. Should put you closer to 10k or above.
