Does anyone know of a program in open source which would replace powerpoint?

i believe OpenOffice has a powerpoint-like application called "Presentation".

I'm sure StarOffice has something similar, but I believe they went pay.

They probably have Windows ports.
If all else fails, you could build them in HTML

Openoffice DOES have a powerpoint module in it. Im not sure if its open source, but the name and the fact that its originally (i think) a linux app would sugest that it is. Its free, i know that much.
