OpenGL drivers for Win2k ?

Anyone has or knows where to get OpenGL drivers for Win2k for a Voodoo3 2000 ? or drivers altogether that include some OpenGL support ? cuz whenever I try to run a OpenGL game it says cannot create OGL device, and I wanna be at least able to play some Q3 games on this comp ...
