opinion on RIO 600 pump!!!

i planning go for water cooling now, and i hv do some research on the pump!! i found out this pump and it was cheaper then Eheim 1048 pump. Eheim 1048 cost me about $56 but Rio was only $16. Eheim just can output 160GPH but Rio can do 200GPH!! any idea how was this Rio's quality and does it fit if i want to be inline water cooling, and cool my 2 P3 750 with 2 dangerden water jacket and cube radiator!! so does this pump fit??? can anybody tell me what is the advantage of using inline or reservoir water cooling system??

the Rio's will work, however they are about the cheapest pump availible. I would consider maybe spending 30$ minimum on a beckett or other decent pump,,its the most important part of a watercooler ,,as for inline vs. submerged, do you wanna watercool or aircool it ,,thats about the only difference .
