So then...lol, i guess it's safe to say that the Antec P180 is officially the hottest case. ;)

That could be said :D . Altough, it still hasn't won me over yet. I have a YY cube server case atm, the thing is a beast. I diffenitly want a lighter one for my next case.

Almost missed this P180 thread! :)

The lower front does accomodate a 120mm fan, for those who wondered. SPCR talked about this.
The pictures have also provided the basis for the first mod: tin snips action on those square finger guards!

How many fans would you have to buy to get every fan space working, like 2 80mm for the side duct, and 2 120mm for the front? And i only saw 1 fan intake on it stock which was in the front of the case, where is the other intake fan?

and..uhh..when is the Antec coming out again?

Well the silentpcreview site said towards the end of Feb. So my guess is they will become widely available sometime mid march hopefully.

personally, i like my silverstone temjin. it is very sleek and perdy... but it weighs quite a bit. still very good in my opinion.

although the new thermaltake armor looks awesome. i have been debating ditching my silverstone for the thermaltake.

The ThermalTake Armor does look nice...it's just that it's a copy of Antec's "Stacker"...and i'm not sure if I am down with supporting a copy...lol...even if it may look better, Tt just has a reputation of being cheap imitations in my mind... Does anyone think that I am wrong in assuming that this case is no different from the rest of their line.

Antec's Stacker? ;) It's from CoolerMaster.

I think you're right about TT's copycat habit, and even worse they usually copy just flashy looks without the functionality of the original. And the buyer can expect an extra LED or two. In my perspective that's a bad thing too. :)

thnx to Cid ive joined the P180 fan club :) tbh its the only case that i can buy and not say: i wish i have an Alienware ALX case.. its elegant!! not huge.. plenty space inside and very nice air flow.. and for the price ive read its gonna be 160$ but cant remember where tbh..

as for the max number of fans. as zip said, 2 infront, 1 in top, 1 in back and 2 on back duct and 1 in middle partition between PSU and 3.5" tray

erm...yea...lol, Cooler Master's Stacker... heh, I had antec on the brain from the P180

$160, eih? hmm...not bad...well, looks like I'm gonna end up waiting for it afterall

Anyone know about how much it will weigh, it cant be more than my xaser3. Also how big will it be because i really dont want another big case like my xaser3 case.
