ok, heres a stupid question, where do I enter the coupon code?

On the next to last page, when you are ready to confirm the order (after selecting payment method), at the bottom of the screen is a box marked for coupon codes.

Damit man, these guys make it harder to spend your money than it was working for it

First, I planned on paying with my Credit card, but when I get to the choose payment part, I find out they dont accept international credit cards, well good thing I recently created a paypal account right? fine so Ill pay with paypal

now I already have my paypal account connected with my bank account and confirmed so I can just pay straight out of my bank account, but then it says that I have to verify my paypal account with a Credit card, ok so I go through the process and answer the automated phone call to add my credit card to my paypal, wich I really didnt want to do, but if I must

then I go back to complete the payment, and it tells me that this recipient does not accept payments from non US paypal accounts :bang head

so they ship to Canada for sure, but how the hell do they expect me to pay them? hop a plane and hand them cash?

or could it be that my paypal noobiness has caused me to miss some detail, do I actually have to transfer money from my bank account into my paypal account? (takes 6-8 buisness days)
because when I went through the process to confirm my bank account, it left me with the impression that makeing a paypal transaction would simply debit my bank account

ya, well, its 2:12 AM here, and I have to get up at 5:00 AM for work  , so I guess I wont be ordering tonight, hopefully I can figure this out tommorow night and that the deal will not have ended

I wonder if there is any chance that I could just order with my VISA card and that they would just accept it (says they dont) but if they ship to Canada, but dont accept payments from Non US paypal accounts, I just dont see how else you could pay.

i bet its ccbbe, one of the last. apparently, monarch ran out and is getting a new shipment soon. meaning new batch, i hope they're as hot as these, or HOTTER! (as in more overclockable)

let us no how it oc's, some ppl saying some ccbbe's don't oc up to expectation like being stuck at 2.5 on stock volts or something

they are out of 0610 and I missed out ? :temper:

now I have to wait another week or so to see how this new batch turns out , wich could end up not worth buying , this has been a depressing experience, and I still cant get an answer from monarch about payment method

you keep saying not worth buying. there is a 99% chance that it will hit 2.6ghz which is as fast as an fx-60 ($1100 processor). im pretty sure its worth it to spend $275 to get the same performance as its $1k + counterpart no? even so, not EVERY 0610 is going to get near 3.0ghz, its all lucky of the draw. if you want a guaranteed stepping with a guaranteed overclock, pay the extra money.

do I keep saying that  sorry :p

comparing opteron 165 and FX 60 doesnt make me think of the opteron as an underpriced processor, but rather the opposite, it makes me think of the FX 60 as being grossly overpriced

so to me, I would not feel like I was getting an $1100 dollar processor for $275

the night that I tried to buy the processor and was not allowed, I sent in a question to paypal explaining the situation, and asking them how I could find out if my bank account information was all good

this was their response, cut/paste from the email they sent me

Thank you for taking the time to write to us with your concerns. I am happy
to assist you further.

Your account is set up correctly, and no, you do not need to add funds
first to the account to make payments from your bank account.

To ensure the integrity of our network, PayPal may take security measures,
which may affect some accounts in good standing. This is why your bank
account was not offered as a funding source for the $307.69 payment you
attempted on April 24, 2006

PayPal employs complex statistical models to identify patterns of behavior.
This is similar to the way banks and credit card companies identify
patterns of behavior that are out of the ordinary when approving individual
transactions. When our system does not allow a certain funding source for a
transaction, it is merely an indication that the individual transaction
fits a pattern we have observed in the past to have a high risk of failure.

Please note:

· If your transaction has been denied, you may still be able to
perform the transaction by using your PayPal account balance or another
funding method

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us again.

so, paypal didnt allow my bank account as the source of funding, because
the individual transaction fits a pattern we have observed in the past to have a high risk of failure.

high risk of failure? the money is in there and my account had been verified with my VISA card as a backup source of funding

well, there it is I guess, thats why payment didnt work, yet still kind of a mistery to me

but I just made a small payment useing paypal with my bank account as the source of funding, and it worked, so if this new batch is good, or happens to be more 0610 Im gonna give it another shot
