Okay.. although some ppl talk about the Z stepping and 26th week of the 1600+.. however, here is my result.. I have try two processor already.. and I am pretty satisfy.. my test was as follow:
Run 3D 2001 Bench Mark test once
Run 3D 2001 Demo Continue for 10 time or more..
SisSoft Sandra 2002 CPU test for 20 to 30 Min.
First one:
AZZA KT400 (generic in my opionion) Mobo..
256MB DDR2700
Ti 4600
1) 166*10.5 = 1743Mhz (2100+) at 1.75v
*** ALL NIGHT LONG w/ 35c Air Fan ***
2) 170*10.5 = 1785Mhz (2200+) at 1.75v
*** 2 hours w/ 36c Air Fan ***
3) 175*10.5 = 1837Mhz (*****) at 1.85v
*** 2 hours w/ 39c Air Fan ***
Second One:
MSI KT4L Mobo
256MB DDR2700
Ti 4200
1) 166*10.5 = 1743Mhz (2100+) at 1.75v
*** ALL NIGHT LONG w/ 40c Air Fan ***
2) 170*10.5 = 1785Mhz (2200+) at 1.75v

In Conclusion:
I think this is good enough for me.. I don't think I will go anymore further w/ this CPU as I don't think getting the max is all that important.. (that's just me.. by no mean I will stop you guys for trying)..
Anyhow, I will use this CPU to exchange for those who got the K stepping from me .. also if you want the refund instead of exchange, I will not charge any restocking fee, however, only thing I am asking is to send the CPU back to us at your own expenses ( I don't like to use call tag for I don't like to pay fedex more than what it supposed to be, I would rather give the saving to customer), however I will give $5 credit for your future purchases.
Let me know if anyone have any better idea.
