Outlook alternative

I am in the process of trying to move people at work away from MS Office to OpenOffice the only catch I have found so far is that some people like Outlook , they use the calendar feature and stuff. Are there any good free/cheap alternatives to Outlook ?

Yes Outlook ( not Outlook Express) is an e-mail client with a calendar , task list , etc. built-in.
