Outside of water, what is the best GPU cooler?

I'm looking to upgrade the HSF on my Gainward GF3 Ti200. I have an Arctic Cooler laying around. Would that be better, or should I go with one of the 1U coolers like the Alpha PAL15U?

Nevermind. I found the answer to my own question here . That cool "search" button works pretty good.....if you use it
