Well, the day has finally come. overclock-watercool.com is closing down. I guess this is a good news since so many people got riped off from them. (I'm one of them) and I've still never got my $314 refund back yet! since Oct. 17th of last year! So, I e-mailed them on their website where they said to e-mail if asking for a refund. I've sent them all the information about my order, and recept too, so if they still won't give me back the money they owe me since Oct. of last year... I'll have to take them to a small clam court. Does anyone know if that cost money to do a small clam court? I heard from someone that it might be free since it's small clam. But that'll be my only choice left if they still won't give me my $314 back...

What do you guys think of this news?

You will have to pay a nominal filing fee.....That guy Chip is really a piece of work.

I have a file on him I've been keeping as I was thinking he may pop up again with a new company..

Its really irronic nobody can seem to reach him, yet he has a small company that claims that he(chip) can find anyone.....I guess thats kind of irronic

It's about time he got shut down, good luck in court, it cost me about 250$ in court over a ubid item that I never received so I say go afer the creep.

Yea... but I'm kind of low on cash... so won't be able to take him to court... So I did what Joe from the other forum site told me to do, and that is write to the Ohio Attorney General and file a complaint about it... so I hope they can do something about it soon... cause I would like to get the money back within a month or so... Anyone else here that still have money that this chip guy owe you? I can then maybe get together, all of us, and then take him to court, that way, we'll save money for us all on the cost for the court, and we'll all get our money he stole from us back.
