Thought everyone would like to see my results from 3DMark2001SE. Just got done doing a clean install and a little tweaking of the card. I currently have it at 314/699. The thing I have found though is that the main CPU is what really matters as when I was at spec at 2.00 I got a score of 10,300. Now when I am up at 2.72 I get a score that is quite a bit better. I attached the results. :D

I want to thank everyone for all their input as I am finally done putting my new rig together.

The card will run faster, I have run mine at 320 740 just for the bench with no problems what so ever. I run it every day at 320 720 and also no problems, so if you want a few more points in your score try the 740 memory. here is my score with my 2.0 at 2.4. Get ready im coming after that 12 mark after I get my new memory, of course now that I said that I wont get to 2.6 which is what I am looking for.

Is it safe to run it at that fast a speed? I was going to raise my speeds a little more, but I was reading a thread yesterday (it might have been by you) where someone already fried a ti4600. Have you had ANY problems at all at 320/720? I can't afford to fry any of my parts cause I am dead broke after this vid card  . I think the guy that fried it might have been at 340 though...can't really remember.

On another note...your scores will go through the roof when you up your proc to 2.6. The scores really are based a lot on the CPU. You'll have to keep me posted. Good luck!

Not ONE single problem at 320 720 the only time I got any problems was at 320 750. at that setting I got some ugly tearing in 3dmark testing but it did run the test. When Tom did his review of the card he was able to run stable at 335 735 and as high at 775 memory with an extra fan added.

One other interesting note I got the best score with the 27.50 drivers that came with the card. I tried 27.70 and 28.32 they were both a tad bit slower in my system.

Thanks for the help man. I am going to up it to 320/720 when I sign off the net (I'm stuck on dial-up  ). I'll be interested to see how much higher it goes! Thanks again. I'll keep you all posted :)

p.s. I think I'll just stick w/ the 28.32 drivers...I knew I shouldn't have upgraded! ;)

Dude, thats an impressive score.. **
here is my recent suicide score..
On a Ti4400
so close to 11k but i probably could get more if i was to unlock.

but i normally run this card @ 4600 specs. 300/650

fold on..woops .. wrong thread... :D

For those who don't fold- Give it a try!

Well...its time for the update. I raised the speed of the vid card to 320/720 and my scores actually dropped about 300 points. I only ran the benchmark once though..maybe I'll give it another try later on tonight. It seems that the 314/699 is a pretty good setting though...I ran the benchmark another time at this speed and got 12649. It makes Medal of Honor look like an arcade game!
